Lahore Chamber of Commerce &amp; Industry (ICCI) President Almas Haider led the delegation.<\/p>\n<p>The two sides discussed the overall business situation in the country. The delegation members shared their suggestions with the finance minister, to this effect.<\/p>\n<p>In response, Asad Umar said that the federal government would provide all possible support to the business community.
