Karachi \u2013 In order to save the area from land grabbers, the SHC (Sindh High Court) gave approval to the DHA (Defence Housing Authority) to build a wall around DHA Phase 7 graveyard.<\/p>\n

DHA claimed that it had administrative control over the land, as it fell within the 640.55 acres of DHA Phase 7 extension.<\/p>\n

The plaintiff alleged that a residents\u2019 action committee demolished the wall around the graveyard and it was grabbing extra land by burying the bodies outside the graveyard.<\/p>\n
