Khan approved maps for commercial and residential projects in following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sarki Gate<\/li>\n<li>Green Market<\/li>\n<li>Kabuli Gate<\/li>\n<li>Ittehad Colony<\/li>\n<li>Mohala Khudada<\/li>\n<li>Khushal Bazar<\/li>\n<li>Ishrat Cinema Road Gulbahar<\/li>\n<li>City Mall Godam<\/li>\n<li>Church Road<\/li>\n<li>Akhtarabad City Circular Road<\/li>\n<li>Ittehad Colony Ring Road<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Khan also said that maps of wedding halls without having 100% of its covered area as parking lots will not be approved. For the commercial plazas, the parking space has to be 23% of the its covered area. The rules have been specified in by the BCA.
