The <em>tehsils<\/em> include Murree, Kahuta and Kotli Satiyan. The ban is placed in pursuance of the orders issued by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>The RDA has allotted the status of \u2018States\u2019 Land\u2019 to the rural settlements and areas marked for the Forest Department in the <em>tehsils <\/em>mentioned<em>. <\/em>The authority, however, has allowed the sale and purchase of land in rural settlements. Following this announcement, no private housing scheme can be launched on the aforementioned States\u2019 Land.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the <em>tehsils <\/em>mentioned attracted real estate developers due to their scenic beauty.
