It has requested these organisations to bar gas, water, electricity and other utility supplies in Sector H-13.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/private-housing-schemes-all-residential-construction-banned-in-sector-h-13.html\">Private housing schemes, all residential construction banned in Sector H-13<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zone 1 is a designated green area and a buffer zone, which is why CDA has banned buying and selling activities with respect to residential plots. Non-compliance to this effect will be considered as a violation of the Islamabad Master Plan.<\/p>\n<p>Reportedly, the authority plans to acquire the said zone. Any decision to develop it will be made in the future.
