Karachi \u2013 On 31 December, 2013, the SBCA (Sindh Building Control Authority) served SHC (Sindh High Court) with a notice for demolishing a residential building of PTI\u2019s leader, Mr. Arif Alvi.<\/p>\n

According to SBCA, the building was constructed in violation of the building regulations. In response, Dr. Alvi submitted that he was a legal owner of plot no. 32, Block 4, Clifton and obtained building plan for constructing the house.<\/p>\n

In this regard, Sindh High Court issued orders for restraining SBCA from demolishing the residential property of Dr. Iftikhar Alvi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
