He had directed CDA Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed to chalk out a plan for transformation of slums into high-rise buildings.<\/p>\n<p>CDA spokesman Syed Safdar Ali said that existing slum dwellers will be accommodated in new high-rise buildings.
