He said that the present government would \u2018avoid large sprawling built-up areas\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>He further stated that laws were being formulated for constructing international standard high-rise buildings countrywide.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the PM had barred the Punjab government from developing low-cost houses under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/punjab-to-ban-construction-of-housing-schemes-on-agricultural-land.html\">NPHP project on agricultural land<\/a>.
