It is expected to start from March 18 onward. In the first phase, the MCL will work to enforce the ban in the city\u2019s major markets and shopping centres.<\/p>\n<p>Lahore Deputy Commissioner Saleha Saeed presided over a meeting on Tuesday to inquire about the project\u2019s administrative matters.
