He said the details of the amnesty scheme had not yet been finalised. He did confirm that it will be announced before the new budget.<\/p>\n<p>The minister also announced that the government is going to open the sale and purchase of properties from July 1 onwards. He said that the sale and purchase of vehicles for non-filers, announced earlier this year, had led to a lot of job creation.
