Deputy Financial Advisor CDA Muhammad Raza Shah has stated that the CDA itself is experiencing a financial crisis, and so will not be able to bail out the similarly stricken MCI.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/plan-proposed-to-reform-cda-planning-wing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Plan proposed to reform CDA Planning Wing<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shah has advised MCI to consult relevant government authorities for this purpose in the future. In a notification to Chief MCI, he wrote that CDA can only pay salaries, utility bills, and other expenses during the rest of the fiscal year.<\/p>\n<p>Shah told that MCI has already been informed about the situation of CDA\u2019s financial wing. But the civic body keeps sending for the funds summary, he added.
