About the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/amnesty-scheme-for-non-filers-on-the-cards-finance-minister.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">amnesty scheme<\/a> being considered by the federal government, the minister said that it cannot be introduced via an ordinance.
