They are then returned to the exchequer. CM Khan advised all departments to hold review meeting regarding the budget utilisation and achievement of development targets every month.<\/p>\n<p>The CM has directed the departments concerned to surrender the non-utilised budget by April 15. He has issued this directive to facilitate the proper allocation of funds.<\/p>\n<p>While chairing the progress review meeting of the ADP of provincial and merged areas, the CM stated that focus of development programmes has been on projects expansion and construction of building previously.
