The court also instructed the officers concerned to register the societies according to the Companies Act. The judge ordered the concerned authorities to procure bank guarantees and security bonds from the developers. He also mentioned that the developers will not be allowed to sell plots other than the ones shown on their respective maps. The societies failing to do so will be sealed.<\/p>\n<p>Abbasi briefed the media that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fia-completes-97-forensic-audit-of-housing-societies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">forensic audit of private housing schemes<\/a> that fall under RDA\u2019s jurisdiction has already been started.
