The project had remained in a stayed condition after the Development Working Party (DWP) approved it in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>CDA spokesperson Syed Safdar Ali said that the revenue generated through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-generates-over-pkr-11-bn-land-auction.html\">recent auction<\/a> of residential and commercial plots allowed the authority to develop the underpass project.<\/p>\n<p>The civic agency, which hopes to start the construction work before June, is expected to issue tenders after completing all legal formalities within a few weeks.
