Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has inaugurated the National University of Technology (NUTECH), a news source reported.<\/p>\n
The COAS was briefed about the planned academic activities and strategic education plan of the university by the Rector Lieutenant General (r) Khalid Asghar.<\/p>\n
The chief appreciated the role and hard work of the NUTECH management for the successful launch of the university – completed within a short span of two years. He advised the management to maintain high standards of education at the university.<\/p>\n
The army chief also assured full support to NUTECH in building its future main campus facility. This will be built on the outskirts of Rawalpindi\/Islamabad, and will reportedly accommodate 30,000-50,000 students.<\/p>\n
