Officials from the CDA Enforcement Wing started the operation and targeted 23 different premises during its first phase. To prevent further sales, purchases, and constructions related to such projects, the civic body has launched a drive against them.<\/p>\n<p>The CDA\u2019s Design Vetting Committee (DVC) held a meeting, chaired by Member Planning &amp; Design, at the CDA Headquarters.
