The decision has been taken with a view to increase the revenue generation capacity of the authority.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/wasa-directed-to-prepare-business-plan.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WASA directed to prepare business plan<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Letters, to this effect, have been sent to the Municipal Corporation and the District Council Rawalpindi for implementing the decision in cases of property commercialisation and transfers. This NOC requirement is expected to allow WASA to recover its dues from defaulters.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/wasa-to-submit-plans-for-its-financial-revival.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WASA to submit plans for its financial revival<\/a><\/p>\n<p>WASA Director Revenue Jamshed Aftab revealed the news in a recent meeting with the revenue staff.
