The apex court has also directed the government to remove the encroachments on K tracks within 15 days.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kcr-included-in-cpec.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">KCR included in CPEC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A two-member bench of the Supreme Court Karachi Registry, comprised of Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Mazhar Alam, issued these orders in the KCR revival case.<\/p>\n<p>The Secretary Railways assured the court that his department would get the land of the KCR track vacated and handed over to the provincial government.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Gulzar Ahmed said that the court would not grant more than two weeks to the Railway department for retrieving the said land.
