Lahore: In order to ensure that property tax recovery targets are met, the authorities have decided to take strict action against property tax defaulters, a news source reported. This was decided under the instructions of Secretary Excise who instructed the officials to meet their targets before June 30.<\/p>\n

Recovery of property taxes has now become slightly complicated for the excise authorities. Previously, the defaulters could have their properties sealed in case of non-payment of property taxes.<\/p>\n
