The decision to penalise the owners of commercial plazas lacking proper firefighting facilities is taken to curb the rising number of fire breakout incidents in the city.<\/p>\n<p>In this meeting, the officials representing Rescue 1122 and the Fire Brigade gave briefing on increasing fire breakout incidents.
