Karachi: The Pakistan Railways administration has demolished 100 houses illegally constructed on Circular Railway land, a news source reported. The Supreme Court previously issued the orders<\/a> for this operation.<\/p>\n

The drive started from Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 3 yesterday in the presence of heavy police contingents. The occupants of illegal houses requested the authority to grant them some time for shifting their belongings to a safe location. After these entreaties were heard, the operation commenced.<\/p>\n
