But a lack of funds prevented its commencement.<\/p>\n<p>The incumbent government hopes to complete this 13-year-old water scheme in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/govt-decides-to-revive-water-scheme.html\">phased manner<\/a>.
