It had also received reports of corruption in RDA-owned markets.<\/p>\n<p>RDA Chairman Arif Abbasi said that the authority had sought the assistance of a third-party for conducting the forensic audit. He also notified that the civic agency plans to launch a grand operation in light of these findings.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, he said that the RDA aimed to issue red notices to the occupants of the properties built on encroached land.
