The project will be completed on a public-private partnership basis.<\/p>\n<p>As per reports, RDA is currently utilising the office space for its use in the Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) building as it cannot construct a building for its own use at present.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the authority had decided to utilise 10 kanals in Civil Lines for commercial purposes.
