The cantonment board had already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/crackdown-against-commercial-use-of-residential-buildings-after-eid.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announced a crackdown<\/a> against such owners after Eid-ul-Fitr.<\/p>\n<p>The RDA took notice of the matter after receiving complaints from the cantonment residents. This also causes financial losses to the board as owners are required to pay commercial fee for using their residential properties for business operations.
