It has also proposed amendments in Section 216 (pertaining to the disclosure of information by a public servant) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/plans-in-place-to-document-economy-through-upcoming-finance-bill-2019.html\">Finance Bill 2019<\/a>, an \u2018offshore asset\u2019 is defined as any movable or immovable property held by a person outside of Pakistan.
