Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah revealed this information as he presented the provincial budget speech. Similarly, he added, that a significant sum of money has been reserved for the IT Park in Karachi.<\/p>\n<p>Shah revealed that Sindh government has allocated funds for several other projects in the budget, which include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PKR 3.9 billion for the completion of the sewerage project S-III<\/li>\n<li>PKR 5 billion for the overall sewerage system of Karachi<\/li>\n<li>PKR 800 million for completing the K-IV project related to water supply infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>PKR 2 billion for constructing five combined sewerage treatment plants in five industrial areas of Karachi<\/li>\n<li>PKR 5 billion for Malir and Korangi treatment plant (TP-IV)<\/li>\n<li>PKR 5 billion for Malir Trunk Sewerage treatment plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/karachi-mayor-requests-direct-provision-nfc-award-share-local-bodies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Karachi mayor requests direct provision of NFC Award share<\/a><\/p>\n<p>From foreign investments, the following will be spent on developmental projects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PKR 98 million for Karachi Neighbourhood Improvement Project and enhancing public places<\/li>\n<li>USD 105 million for improving performance of Karachi Water &amp; Sewerage Board<\/li>\n<li>USD 561 million for Red Line Bus Project<\/li>\n<li>USD 438 million for Yellow Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Investment agreements with international partners have already been finalised for some of these projects in Karachi.
