Lahore: The Supreme Court (SC) has officially lifted the ban on registration of properties and issuance of fard in Punjab, reported a news source.<\/p>\n

The apex court recently notified<\/a> the Revenue Department to implement its orders with regard to the registration of properties and issuance of fard<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Following the implementation of court orders, the process of property registration and issuance of fard will resume in five tehsils of Lahore (including 356 mouzas<\/em> and 253 patwari<\/em> circles), according to Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Awais Malik.<\/p>\n
