The new rates will be applicable from July 1, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Read:\u00a0<a class=\"row-title\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/dc-rates-in-rawalpindi-to-increase-by-10.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DC rates in Rawalpindi to increase by 10%<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As per the news source, the percentage rise in the DC rate is higher for properties located in high-end areas as compared to those in secondary neighbourhoods.
