The CDA council briefed the court that the site selected for setting up sewage and wastewater treatment plants, and a portion of this land would be used for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/sector-i-12s-dumping-site-shut-down-new-site-finalized-in-sangjani.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dumping waste<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The court then instructed the CDA to hand over the chosen site to the IMC.
