Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief organiser\u00a0Saifullah Niazi was also present at the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>The RDA chief referred to the RRR project as a \u2018game-changer\u2019 for the city; which serves as the primary station for people travelling to the northern parts of the country. He said that the authority planned to relocate commercial areas, wholesale markets, industrial and educational cities, and housing schemes into the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rda-proposes-economic-zones-along-rrr-route.html\">zones proposed<\/a> for the ring road initiative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/land-demarcation-for-rrr-leh-expressway-completed.html\">Land demarcation for RRR completed<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In response, Naeem-ul-Haq and Saifullah Niazi assured the RDA chief that the Punjab government would provide funds required for the project.
