This funding will cover over 10 projects worth PKR 138 billion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/leh-expressway-to-be-developed-on-ppp-basis.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Leh Expressway to be developed on PPP basis<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The committee gave this approval during its 41<sup>st<\/sup> session chaired by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/punjab-finance-minister-approves-safe-city-projects-in-rawalpindi-murrees.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Punjab Minister for Finance <\/a>Makhdoom Hashim Jawan Bakht. The departments concerned would utilise the PDF funds for the development of these projects and their execution on a PPP basis.<\/p>\n<p>An official from the Planning &amp; Development (P&amp;D) Department stated that the PDF funds would help the authorities concerned carry out projects pertaining to urban development, road infrastructure, and transport.<\/p>\n<p>The committee also approved the draft for the Viability Gap Fund (VGF) guidelines.
