This includes the projects geared towards reforms, as well as those based on public-private partnership arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, the ADB and government will formulate project strategies, procurement, and funding. For this purpose, the government will sign a transaction advisory service (TAS) contract with the ADB on an international level. The finance ministry\u2019s ADB section has already prepared a draft of this TAS and forwarded it to the relevant authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this agreement is to create a high-level legal framework through which the government can benefit from the ADB\u2019s expertise and advice.
