The SC bench, headed by Justice Sajjad Ali Shah directed KE to resume the power supply to the KMC offices and 12 parks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kmc-budget-worth-pkr-26-438-bn-fy2019-20-announced.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">KMC budget worth PKR 26.438 bn for FY2019-20 announced<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The electric power supply was disconnected due to the continuous dispute between the two organisations that arose from the non-payments and property demolition issues.<\/p>\n<p>The KMC counsel informed the bench that the KMC was experiencing deficit and owes PKR 170 million in arrears.
