For e-commerce and IT related businesses the age limit for eligibility has been set lower at 18 years. Existing small enterprises owned by the youth are also eligible for the loan under the scheme. Tier-1 includes loans of very small scale, PKR 0.1 to 0.5 million, while Tier-2 includes loans of PKR 0.5 to 5 million, which will be provided for 8 years with a grace period of maximum one year.
