The programme, which is a joint initiative of KP and Balochistan governments, and the World Bank (WB), has been launched in Islamabad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kp-govt-to-finance-provincial-poverty-alleviation-project.html\">KP govt to finance provincial poverty alleviation project<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The provincial governments have initiated the pilot under their Governance &amp; Policy Programme. As per sources, this programme has been financed by the USA, UK, Australia, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, and the European Union (EU).<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion, Jhagra said that officials require financial management capacity for efficient utilisation of resources. He added this is important for delivering cost-effective service to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Sources have reported that the training programme will provide skills pertaining to management of public expenditure to the officials.
