The civic body\u2019s Land Branch issued the notices under RCB\u2019s ongoing drive against illegal constructions in Rawalpindi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rcb-seeks-safety-documents-for-high-rise-buildings.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RCB seeks safety documents for high-rise buildings<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to RCB spokesperson Qaiser Mahmood, the authority had intensified its operation against illegal constructions and served notice to those plaza owners who had violated the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rcb-determined-to-regularise-wedding-halls-in-its-jurisdiction.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">building rules and regulations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Acting upon the directives of the Cantonment Executive Officer (CEO), RCB\u2019s Building Control Department teams carried out raids in different areas of the city. This included Farooqabad, Masrial Road, Peshawar Road, Usmania Colony, Marble Factory, Quaid-e-Azam Colony, and Ahmedabad areas.<\/p>\n<p>The officials concerned then issued notices to owners of the buildings identified.
