He said that the proposed changes to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/factor-in-local-needs-while-drafting-bylaws-for-high-rises-lda-dg.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">building by-laws<\/a> would encourage the developers and builders to play their role in the development of the affordable housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the construction of 2.5 million housing units in Punjab under the NPHP initiative could only be achieved by taking the private sector on board.
