Additionally, RCB has proposed a similar increase for mutation and conservation charges for already constructed buildings.<\/p>\n<p>The building committee had also presented similar suggestions for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rcb-increases-water-charges-by-50.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">increasing the charges<\/a> in the last board meeting, which were not accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, RCB has planned to carry out a digital survey of all the sites that fall within its jurisdiction. The civic body has appointed a team of experts, who will conduct the survey at a cost of PKR 30,000,000.
