The civic body also approved the construction of RDA Complex and two multi-storey commercial buildings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/tors-finalised-for-rawalpindi-master-plan-2040.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ToRs finalised for Rawalpindi Master Plan 2040<\/a><\/p>\n<p>RDA gave these approvals during its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rdas-44th-meeting-review-29-point-agenda.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">44<sup>th<\/sup> authority meeting<\/a>, presided over by RDA Chairman Arif Ali Abbasi, held yesterday. RDA Director General (DG) Nadeem Ahmed Abro, along with other officials concerned, also attended the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, RDA approved the assignment of commercial status to 16 roads in the city. Additionally, the meeting decided that no multi-storey building plans would be approved in the future without payment of PKR 150,000 per kanal for sewerage infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>In further approvals, RDA has decided to revise the water supply and sewerage tariffs of Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) according to cantonment tariffs.
