The Islamabad Deputy Commissioner will preside over the hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Former director land Malik Touqeer Nawaz questioned the review cases in March, declaring them non-maintainable under the law. At the time, the assistant director technical and assistant director land submitted that no house or structure was left unmeasured at the site. However, during the review cases, 200 more cases were added as eligible for BUP claims in the form of plot or cash compensation.<\/p>\n<p>CDA spokesperson Syed Safdar Ali stated that the management has ordered the review filing as part of the policy and the cases will be dealt on a merit basis. He added that BUP cases pose a challenge to authority owing to their complexity.
