Consequently, the oldest stalled sector, E-12, was taken up first and the authority conducted operations to acquire land in the locality.<\/p>\n<p>A CDA official announced that about 4,000 housing units would be developed in this sector. Development work will begin with the service road and then the momentum will be built from there. He further stated that work on the other stalled sectors would begin shortly.
