The body is also expected to take an important decision regarding the appointment of a consultant for preparing the Lahore Master Plan 2040.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-simplify-building-plan-approvals-process-sunday.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA to simplify building plan approvals process<\/a><\/p>\n<p>LDA Vice Chairman S M Imran will preside over the meeting. As per the news sources, the meeting has a three-point agenda which pertains to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approval for rules finalised for Auction of Lease Rights Regulations 2019 and Allotment of Public Utility Sites 2019<\/li>\n<li>Approval for the ToRs proposed for the Lahore Master Plan 2040 and hiring a consultant for its preparation<\/li>\n<li>Formation of new and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-calls-meeting-to-finalise-building-by-laws.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">improved building bylaws<\/a> to encourage construction of high-rise buildings in the Lahore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, the meeting members are expected to oversee the draft prepared for the LDA building and Zoning Regulations 2019.
