The first consortium comprised of the China Gazebo Group Company and the GRC, while the second consisted of the Power Construction Corporation of China and the FWO.<\/p>\n<p>The technical bids will be assessed as per the requirements communicated by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PEPRA) and the regulations of the Pakistan Engineering Council.
