It sanctioned the schemes during a special meeting, which was presided over by Additional Chief Secretary Dr Shahzad Khan Bangash. Planning &amp; Development Secretary Atif Rehman, along with district-level officers, also attended the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The participants reviewed a total of 18 projects; including road rehabilitation, multi-sector development, local government, water, education, home sectors, and agricultural uplift.
