As per government officials, the executive is mulling over the final agreements with private partners for introducing residential schemes in the three metropolitans.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, a 225-kanal apartment scheme featuring 3,601 flats is expected to be developed in Bajnial, Rawalpindi. The cost of a 2-bedroom apartment, spanning over 1,150 sq ft would be PKR 7.130 million and the cost of a 900 sq ft, 1-bedroom apartment will be PKR 5.580 million.<\/p>\n<p>For Karachi, a residential scheme measuring 210 kanals is being considered for development in Mangho Pir, Surjani Town.
