The date for this meeting has not been announced as of yet.<\/p>\n<p>According to the details, the committee has proposed development charges applicable on the file holders. The charges proposed for collection from individuals who purchased the same-sized plot file from private developers amount to PKR 837,500.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the 5-marla plot file owners who had finalised transactions with private developers are expected to pay PKR 575,000.
