This will be done to address the concern of developers, builders and the public, to make the laws less complex.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-by-laws-amended-expedite-nphp-development-cm-buzdar.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LDA by-laws to be amended to expedite NPHP development: CM Buzdar<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The minister was of the view that the complicated nature of these regulations created difficulties for the public, specifically for developers. These amendments will provide builders respite from such difficulties, and will hopefully help the construction sector prosper.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, Rasheed reviewed proposed draft amendments to the LDA by-laws concerning private housing schemes.
