It has now allowed four, seven, 10, 15, and 24 floors for high-rise buildings measuring 10 marlas, 1 kanal, 2 kanals, 4 kanals, and 8 kanals, respectively. Further, it has stated that the high-rise buildings spanning over an area of over 12 kanals will not have any height restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>The new regulations also indicate that both commercial and residential high-rise projects will now be required to provide roof-top gardening and rain water harvesting facilities.
